I was in the back of a pickup truck last night doing 80-100mph... looking back on about 20 straight axle c1 and c2 Gasser Rat Rod Corvettes. Guys blasting around us...a lot of energy... like a Nitro fueled fist fight. No hoods and wild 70's psychedelic paint jobs. Skinnies, Slots, Cragers, Centerline Autodrags, and Torque thrust wheels. All with either 14-71 blowers, Hilborn injection, or tunnel rammed big blocks. Then I see Vin Diesel in a t-shirt, aviator glasses and no helmet banging a 3 foot shifter as he blows by us. Strangely looking like a tunnel ram 440 rather than a bbc.
